These two photos were taken outside The Brandon House in New Ross, Ireland

November 6, 2000..the morning after a concert at New Ross attended by many American fans..

And this is the sketch from which Wanda had begun a painting of Anthony.  She sent me a photo of the half-finished painting while she was battling cancer.  It was beautiful; she had put him in a pastoral scene of Ireland rather than by the hotel. I regret to say that photo has been lost. I am unsure if the painting was finished before she lost her brave battle; I only know she didn't send a photograph of the finished product.

Wanda Parrish Barr was a great fan of Anthony Kearns.  She was also a good friend and supporter of this website.   She had sent to me six or seven photos taken that day which she wanted displayed in their entirety only on Anthony's Official Website. Regrettably, through the years with site deletions and computer crashes, all but these have been lost. 

I am delighted that I recently uncovered these few photos and her two sketches once again and find it fitting to pay tribute to her on this Memorial Day 2009....
